Derek Haverley, PT, DPT
Dr. Haverley received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Regis University in Denver. Prior to that he received his Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University in 2007. Derek is very excited to be back in Fort Collins serving the community he loves. His current interests lie in the evaluation, treatment, and management of individuals with neck pain and other related injuries, including whiplash and headaches. In July of 2011, Derek began Evidence in Motion's 18-month advanced residency training which will culminate in board certification in sports physical therapy. Derek is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT). Growing up in the mountains of Steamboat Springs, Derek was heavily involved with various sports. He continues to stay active at a local fitness center and enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, golf and other outdoor activities involving his dog Soulo.
